A truck driver hit soldiers near a checkpoint on a highway in Odesa Oblast, local police reports. The accident at around 7 a.m. on Friday involved a 63-year-old driver hitting two soldiers, aged 34 and 36, near a mobile checkpoint. The driver claimed he did not notice them.
