The Kherson Thermal Power Plant, damaged by Russian attacks using drones, artillery, and other weapons, has suspended operations, leaving over 40,500 subscribers and 470 buildings without heating. Regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin reported damage to the premises and equipment.
