Due to heavy snowfall, Ukraine experienced 260 traffic accidents and 83 settlements lost electricity, patrol police and Ukrenergo reported. As of 11:00 AM, there were 260 calls about accidents, 43 with victims, incl. fatalities. Kyiv city alone had 29 calls with no injuries.
