Russians Historically Punished Bad Tyrants, Not Tyranny Itself

it is not true that russians have historically had no experience of standing up to their homegrown tyranny. they did it plenty of times and with several notable successes. but the reason was never to end a tyranny, but to punish the tyrant for not running it well or losing a war.
