According to the investigation, the commander of logistics of Ukraine's Air Force, Andriy Ukrainets, appealed to the head of the SBU in Zhytomyr Oblast, Volodymyr Kompanychenko, to cover up embezzlement in the construction of protective structures for aircraft shelters.
