Russia's transfer of two Ukrainian prisoners to Hungary is a gross violation of international humanitarian law, according to The Coordination HQ for the Treatment of POWs. It condemns the transfer of Ukrainian citizens between Hungary & Russia and views it as Moscow provocation.
