Is it time to put Europe's geopolitical aspirations to rest?
Recently Europe hasn't even been able to act as a trade bloc, let alone a great power.
Perhaps a formal geopolitical Europe is impossible?
Perhaps coalitions of the willing are the realistic vehicle for defence,
