“I do not want to jinx it,” the EU’s chief diplomat Kaja Kallas said last night when asked if she thought the saga was over and EU ambassadors would on Wednesday vote to approve the €90bn loan for Ukraine. “Hopefully all the obstacles are [now] removed.”
