This is Tsyrkuny outside Kharkiv. Up until a few days ago, it was occupied by Russian troops who were pushed back by Ukrainians. Tatiana from the @WCKitchen team was first to enter & delivered fresh meals—sealed to last months! Remains of a cluster bomb lean against the building.
