This is causing huge issues across Ukraine, but isn’t affecting the front due to Starlink and backup cell networks. If Russia is found responsible, it’s a major cyber attack on civilian infrastructure meant to cripple Ukraine. Imagine if AT&T and Verizon both went down for a day.
