If in the near future Russia claims to have annexed Kherson region, Ukraine won't have it.
Back in 2014 there was no real UA army left as UA's Defence Minister was a Kremlin rat.
Also, during the Crimea annexation the West was pleading with UA govt not to fight Russia back. 1/2
