Not feasible.
Both Russia and US know it’s impossible, so the only reason why RU-US talks about Ukraine without Ukraine are happening is because Russia wants to evade implementation of sanctions vs Rosneft & Lukoil – that would make it difficult for Russia to prolong the war.
