As a Ukrainian, I don’t see a way for Ukraine – both civil society & military – to accept this ultimatum. It’s a non-starter. Mind-blowing that after years of Russia’s war smart people in the admin still don’t realize this. Ukraine, its land and its people aren’t up for sale.
