Doesn’t really matter what they’re saying about who – America or Russia – penned it, Ukraine can’t accept the Witkoff/Dmitriev plan. It just can’t. It goes against Ukrainian law and constitution multiple times, it takes away Ukraine’s sovereignty. It’s non-negotiable for Ukraine.
