Ukraine is not giving up unoccupied Donbas to Russia just because Putin wants so and Trump agrees with Putin believing it’s easier to press denuclearised Ukraine rather than aggressive Russia. Ukraine knows that Russia will then attack more territories and Trump won’t care.
