Today in Ternopil, Russia killed Vitaliy Dolyniak and his young son, David. His wife is in the ICU, and both daughters are hospitalized. Vitaliy and David were among 26 civilians who died after Russia targeted their apartment building with the X-101 cruise missile at dawn.
