Putin’s fear of mobilization contradicted by thousands of Russian deaths

Reuters also says that Putin has no designs for NATO territory and is afraid of domestic mobilization. Really? Putin continues to kill Russians by thousands a day as cannon fodder. This doesn't appear to be a constraint for now. 8/
