Ukraine rushed the Azov, 33rd, 59th, and 93rd brigades to plug gaps. Many have been fighting since 2014, and soldiers are exhausted. The draft now covers men aged 25–60, while those over 60 can volunteer. Recruitment remains insufficient despite billboard campaigns.
