Since 2022, 10,000 cameras were hacked in Ukraine, Romania, Poland, Hungary, and Slovakia. The hackers used camera images, shipping documents, and train schedules to track aid deliveries and plan attacks. Some systems were accessed by stolen passwords or by tricking staff. 2/
