Kozinka village shut down by Russia, few remain, no compensation

Kozinka, a village less than 1 km from Ukraine, was shut down by Russian authorities. Out of roughly 1,000 residents, fewer than 10 remain. Evacuated families were promised compensation for destroyed homes. None has arrived. 2/
