Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Andrii Sybiha, together with his Romanian and Moldovan counterparts, Oana Toiu and Mihai Popsoi, welcomed the launch of the direct Kyiv–Bucharest railway connection. The new route marks an important step in strengthening the special relationship between the three countries.
