SBU logs strike as war crime, vows to bring perpetrators to justice

The SBU has logged the strike as a war crime. Major General Yevhenii Khmara, SBU chief: "Behind every strike stand specific names and surnames. Our task is to identify the perpetrators, commanders, organisers. And then to bring them to justice." 8/
