This base houses the 43rd Independent Naval Attack Regiment, subordinate to the Black Sea Fleet. The very same fleet HQ that had a drone blast 2 weeks ago. Why didn’t the Fleet order higher force protection standards at its facilities after? e.g., stop storing ammo next to planes?
