As some of us have pointed out before, Russian Ministry of Defense units aren’t trained for large-scale occupation or urban combat, yet that’s what they’ve been ordered to do. Rosgvardia has the tools and skills, which is why they’re deployed. But first joint implementation, at scale, in combat? A bad idea!
