Three years ago, Ukraine’s Armed Forces liberated Kherson, which Russia had invaded in February 2022 at the start of its full-scale war. It was a moment of immense joy: Ukrainian flags again waved over the city. We thank all Ukrainian warriors who defended Kherson.
