Moscow is not only resorting to irresponsible and dangerous rhetoric on weapons of mass destruction, but also poses unacceptable threats to nuclear facilities in Ukraine by continuing the illegal occupation of the ZNPP and considering strikes on Ukraine's nuclear energy system.
