In the morning Putin lays flowers at monuments to Odesa & Kyiv on Red Square in Moscow. In the evening Russia hits Odesa with cruise missiles yet again leaving residents injured and infrastructure ruined. There’s a Russian proverb: Judge a man not by his words, but by his deeds.
