On March 30 and 31, shelling by Russian occupants in Severodonetsk and Lysychansk resulted in a school, an oil depot, and dozens of houses being engulfed in flames.
For hours, it was impossible to evacuate residents of Lysychansk from the streets, with casualties reported.
