A strike hit near a school in Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi district, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported. People are currently sheltering inside the school’s bomb shelter. According to initial information, the entrance to the shelter may be blocked. Emergency services are heading to the scene.
