Kyiv residents urged to stay in shelters amid air raid alerts in central Ukraine

Serhii Popko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, urged residents to remain in shelters. The air raid alerts were also activated in central Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia oblasts.
