Kyiv Oblast Governor Oleksiy Kuleba stated that Russia’s full-scale war has also damaged over 100 and fully destroyed 44 businesses across Kyiv Oblast. 'Despite everything, we must create conditions for businesses to recover and operate,' Kuleba added.
