Russian forces strike Zaporizhzhia. Acting Mayor of Zaporizhzhia Anatoly Kurtev said a Russian strike on the city on Sept. 15 damaged the building of an enterprise, shattering the windows and causing a temporary blackout. No casualties were reported.
