Russian forces struck several communities in Sumy Oblast with various weapons, damaging a school, a kindergarten, Khodyne vilage council, a water tower, a monument, two residential buildings and a power line in the Shalyhyne community, Sumy Oblast Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyi said.
