Russia is reviving its offer of an election-day truce and proposing a UN resolution for Ukraine. Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin stated in a Feb. 15 interview with the state-controlled news agency TASS that President Putin is prepared to halt strikes on Ukraine for a single day of voting.
