Daewoo in Donbas stuck without LPG

I’m laughing my ass off because he’s got an LPG system on his old Daewoo, but he’s in Donbas and can’t get any LPG fuel. Now he has to pay a fortune to fill his tank with gasoline at these inflated prices.
