Ukraine has seized the assets of a company owned by Oksana Marchenko, the wife of Viktor Medvedchuk—a pro-Russian party leader and close ally of Vladimir Putin. The proceeds from these assets could be used to support the armed forces and aid Ukraine's post-war reconstruction.
