That was a bit of misleading message from the official.
It’s not that our force have LAUNCHED AN GRAND COUNTER-OFFENSIVE at Izium, it’s what Zaluzhniy announced the other day that our forces would be active to engage Russians near Kharkiv and Izium. It’s not a new thing.
