Russia removes Kakhovka mayor, deputy detained for refusing cooperation

Russian invaders removed the mayor from the leadership in the temporarily occupied Kakhovka (Kherson Oblast). His deputy was taken away for interrogation. They refused to cooperate with the occupiers
