The Security Service of Ukraine is investigating another war crime of the Russian troops, who recently shot a civilian convoy in the so-called 'gray zone' between the occupied Svatove in Luhansk region and the liberated Kupyansk in Kharkiv region. This was reported by acting Head of the SBU Vasyl Malyuk.
