No progress was made in ceasefire negotiations during Ukraine-Russia talks in Antalya. @DmytroKuleba stated, "The ceasefire is tied to Putin's demands for Ukraine. Ukraine will not surrender. We are open to diplomatic solutions, but as long as there are none, we will defend our land."
