Palamar told @ukrpravda_news there is no Easter truce in Mariupol: air bombs fall every 3 minutes and Russians try to storm positions of Ukrainian defenders with tanks, ship missiles. He says "the guys hang on by skin of their teeth" but civilians need to be removed, imploring the world to help.
