Budanov, Head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, paid a visit to Bulgaria. The Ukrainian delegation held meetings with the Minister of Defense of Bulgaria and the Director of the Bulgarian Military Intelligence Service.
