Sumy is again under Russian airstrikes, following Sunday’s cruel, horrific massacre of civilians. Putin doesn’t understand the language of reason – only force. That’s exactly how his actions against Ukraine & Ukrainians must be met. You isolate dictators, you don’t appease them.
