Ukraine obtained a list of Russian military personnel involved in atrocities in Kyiv Oblast, as announced by Internal Affairs Minister Denis Monastyrskyi. In the Borodyanka district, troops discovered the headquarters of a battalion-tactical group, including personnel lists and records.
