Russia is transferring additional anti-aircraft missile divisions of Tor short-range surface-to-air missile systems for its continuing assault on Kharkiv Oblast; mobile long-range surface-to-air missile divisions of S-400 and S-300 were deployed to Belgorod Oblast, according to the General Staff.
