42-year-old Yevhen Kompanets is in a wheelchair, but that doesn’t stop him from making varenyky for Ukrainian soldiers. “I prepare the stuffing and roll out the dough. My wife and daughter make the varenyky. We don’t care who gets them. All our soldiers are in our hearts!” he says.
