Polish President Andrzej Duda arrived in Kyiv and is expected to be the first foreign president to address the Rada since Russia's invasion on Feb. 24. In recent statements, Duda said the full restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity will be the best end to the war and that Ukraine needs full EU membership.
