Putin’s proposal for a May 9 ceasefire is pure eyewash, pretending to honor the “sacred” WWII anniversary. Nothing stops him from halting Russia's attacks on Ukraine now. In reality, he mirrors the very evil the world united against 80 years ago. He does not want peace.
