In Kyiv Oblast, police discovered the bodies of 1,084 civilians killed by Russian soldiers. 'These are civilians who had no connection to any military formations. The vast majority were killed with machine guns or sniper rifles,' stated the Chief of Kyiv Oblast Police on TV.
