Since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, 211 schools have been destroyed or damaged. Russian troops are firing at the civilian infrastructure – schools, hospitals, kindergartens, & houses. Putin & Lukashenka must bear full responsibility for these war crimes.
